Correct someone's identity verification details

Use this form to request to correct the details you provided when you told us you verified a person's identity. You'll need to do this if you entered their details incorrectly when you verified them.

What you'll need

You'll need to tell us:

• your Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) number
• the verification reference – you can find this on the confirmation email we sent when you verified them
• which details you need to correct and what they should be
• the reason the details were entered incorrectly

If you need to correct the person's date of birth, you'll also need to upload evidence showing the date. For example, an image of their identity document.
