• Vikrum Digwa, sentenced on 1 June 2026 at Southampton Crown Court for murder.

The above case has been referred to the Court of Appeal.

Also, we are already considering the following cases:

• John McGowan-Fazakerley, sentenced on 18 June 2026 at Preston Crown Court for allowing the death of a child.

• Charlie Jeans, sentenced on 17 June 2026 at Portsmouth Crown Court for murder.

Any duplicate referrals of the above cases will obstruct the processing of ULS referrals for other cases. We respectfully invite that you do not submit any further referrals for these particular cases.
