We have considered the following case:

• Fordingbridge case, sentenced on 21 May 2026 in Southampton Crown Court for sexual offences including rape.

This case has been referred to the Court of Appeal.

We are also considering the following case:

• Vikrum Digwa, sentenced on 1 June 2026 at Southampton Crown Court for murder.
