If you have a concern about staff behaviour or integrity:

Make a request using this form

For all other requests:

• you can write your message in English or Welsh
• please do not submit correspondence on behalf of serving prisoners, or on behalf of someone else on probation, without providing evidence of Power of Attorney or similar legal authority
• we aim to respond to you as soon as possible, but please allow up to 20 working days before enquiring after a response.

We do not reply to messages that:

• contain offensive or abusive language or material
• are repeated enquiries or part of a wider campaign
• are selling or promoting a product
• are not obviously for HMPPS
