Application details

This is the online application for parents/carers who wish to apply for free home-to-school transport for their child/young person that has an EHCP. Once completed and submitted, your application will be considered against the Education Travel Compulsory School Age Policy and you will be notified of our decision as soon as is reasonably practical to do so.

You agree that the details you will provide today are correct and understand that they may be confirmed with the appropriate authorities. You will notify us of any change of details and will return any passes issued if you or your child ceases to be eligible. When arranging transport, your details may be shared with third parties.
