Before you start

You must use the driving test booking service in a fair way and follow the terms and conditions.

This means that since 12 May 2026, you must not:

• let someone else use your details to book a driving test for you
• use unofficial apps, websites or services that search for or book test slots on your behalf

This includes any apps, websites or services that search for cancellations and notify you about them, even if you complete the booking yourself.
