Apply for a penalty for an unpaid employment tribunal award

Before you start

You'll need:

• a copy of the Employment Tribunal judgment
• the date the tribunal sent the judgment 
• the name of the tribunal office that issued the judgment – shown on the covering letter 
• the amount you were awarded, including any separate costs the tribunal told your employer to pay 
• how much your employer paid, if they paid part of the award
• your employer's contact details
