Introduction

This form can be used to apply to transfer effort days in the sole recovery zone (SRZ) between vessels.

Please ensure you have read the rules on transfers which can be found at section 8 here Sole Recovery Zone rules - GOV.UK (opens in new tab).

In this form you will be asked to provide details of the vessel from which days are to be transferred (the donor vessel), as well as the vessel which will receive these days (the recipient vessel).

You will need to make some basic calculations while completing this form. Guidance will be given, though you may find it useful to make a note of the answers you give to refer to during these questions.
