Make a complaint to Companies House

Use this form to make a complaint to Companies House about our level of service.

You’ll need to tell us: 

  • your full name
  • your email address, so we can contact you
  • what your complaint is about, with enough detail so we can investigate (for example, what happened and when, and what would resolve the issue)

It may be helpful to include: 

  • your company name and number, if relevant
  • any evidence to support your complaint

Before you complain

After you've submitted the form

We’ll aim to resolve your complaint within 28 days. We'll contact you by email.

We may need more time if we need to contact you for more information.
