you are applying to split/disaggregate a licence entitlement and want to create 2 or more new licence entitlements from it
where the current licence entitlement carries with it eligibility to fish in cod area 7d and/or the sole recovery zone (SRZ) provided the current vessel will no longer be using that eligibility, such eligibility to fish in cod area 7d and/or SRZ will transfer to all the disaggregated component elements
on disaggregation, any beam trawling, scallop dredging or shellfish permit associated with the licence can be used in one component only, either collectively or singly.
For example, if an entitlement has a shellfish and scallop permit and is being disaggregated into two parts,
1) The shellfish could go with one component and the scallop the other.
2) One component could have both shellfish and scallop permits. The remaining components of the disaggregated licence entitlement not allocated with the full permit will be recorded as having a track record apart from suspended shellfish where all parts will be recorded as being suspended.
