Octopus sighting? Let us know!

MMO (Marine Management Organisation) is inviting divers, recreational fishers and members of the general public who do not submit MMO landings data to report octopus sightings.

This information will help the MMO understand how the distribution of octopus may be changing throughout 2026, while also providing other valuable insights into their condition, behaviour, and interactions with other marine life.

This form should take approximatley 5 minutes to complete.
