Confirm if you want to be shown on the ACSP public list

Use this form to tell us if you want information about your business to be shown on our public list of Authorised Corporate Service Providers (ACSPs).

You only need to submit one form for your ACSP.

Once you’ve submitted a form, we’ll add your ACSP information when we next update the public list. This may take some time.

You'll be able to use this form to tell us to remove your ACSP information from the public list at any time.

What we'll show on the public list

We'll show the:

• name of the business or sole trader
• town and postcode of the business address
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML) supervisor the business is registered with

What you'll need

You must be an account owner for the ACSP to use this form. You'll need to provide the:

• email address you use to sign in to the authorised agent account
• authorised agent number - you can find this on the account dashboard
